 How do I check the status of an order?

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will get a notification with your tracking information.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Please note, orders should arrive in 3-10 business days. However, during peak season, we may require a few extra days for processing and shipping your order. You should receive an email order notification with a tracking number to track your shipment.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We want to make it easier for you to reduce your waste, no matter where you are! For international orders of high value, we recommend purchasing Priority Mail International, opposed to First Class International, for package insurance, replacement eligibility, and tracking.  

How do I cancel my order? 

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
