The right sized bone should be slightly larger than your pet’s mouth. Always provide fresh drinking water for your pets. Always wash your hands with warm soapy water after handling any treat or food. Caution: Supervise use. Bones may splinter, causing injury. If splintering occurs, immediately take the bone away from your pet. Discard any smaller pieces that could be swallowed by your pet because small pieces may cause choking, gastric upset, or blockage. Remove the chew if your pet is trying to break it, because this behavior can damage your pet’s teeth.
